newbie needs help with umpc

Hi,

I am trying to use girder to launch an application on a UMPC. I can program a button to emulate keyboard input (ie. F12) but when I open event properties within Girder on the UMPC there is no option for keyboard mapping under event device. I presume this is because the keyboard on the UMPC is soft. Can anyone please help me manage this in some other way. Any advice would be most welcome!

what kind of events do you see inthe logger when you press that key?

Thanks for the reply. The log displays 'Task Switcher' with detailsas 'girder exe" and the time. Basically the UMPC is being used only as a client for Xlobby so I am attempting to launch the program after the wirelees connection is established. If there is another way of doing this that would be great.
