PCTV PRo Remote setup help

Hiya, i cant get to work the , key38=EXEC C:\Program Files\Pinnacle\Pinnacle PCTV\Vision\vision.exe | -tv
, when i use, | -tv, it gives a error, how can i fix that,
and if i use ALT + TAB and, how do i use it as Hold down, not just one click effect, cycle through the active windows?
