A little bug in Talking clock?

I think it is a little bug in Talking clock.
If you sett the clock on your computer to any hour and 40 min, it will tell you that the clock it hour and 30. :wink:

Is it just on my computer, or is it a bug?
The bug is not important, and so small, I feel it embarrassing of asking you, but... well, if it is a bug, now you know...

update: Yes a little bug in Girder :-) Fixed in Girder 3.1.3
