little problem with my irda transreceiver

hello,
i have a problem.
i was build my IrDA port with the scheme from http://www.chip.pl/images/0092/000733_0011_org.gif

every thing is ok to transmit/receive with mobile phone.
but its not working with any programs to controling my computer by tv pilot.
even grider...

i adding igorplug, setting com4, pressing F9 and see the green light. but when i want to learn program he`s not receive ir signal with any of my 4pilots.he`s write waiting for ir signal.
anybody have the same?
maybe i use bad plugin(igorplug.dll)???
maybe the computer is too slow(pentium133,48MB RAM)???

The cause is not your PC but the IRDA.
See: http://www.girder.nl/help/faq.php#202.
If you want to control your PC with a regular remote you will need one of the uir(t)'s.

thx very much. its working! not ideal but working. sometimes uirt catch ideal all ir signal from rtv pilot,sometimes none.i was tested that on 5pilots.the best results was on the oldest pilot:):)
