Yes that is probably a dropped event ( you don't mention the hardware plugin so I'm guessing ). Girder 3.2 is being developed to fix this. Have some patience for this to be released.
Anti-repeat is now set in the eventstrings only. You should check the antirepeat time there.

I don't think there is a function or plugin that does this right now. Sorry. :(

I upgraded from 3.0.2 to 3.1, and I used to converter tool to convert my girder file over. Now I occasionally get beeps out of my PC speaker when I'm using my remote. I read somewhere in here about a beep meaning a dropped event. Does that mean I need to rebuild all of my antirepeat times? I noticed those were all set to 0.

Well, can I knowingly make PC Speaker beep when I need it to?
