My pictures are not showing transparant anymore. In NRD (1.1.0.39) it is transparant as it should be but after saving and showing in Netremote 2.0.0.80) is't not. I save the picture in PNG using Irfanview. At saving time I select the transparant color.
What amazes me is the fact it shows transparant when I use the Designer and when I use Netremote. Who has an idea?

It's Windows (XP Pro).

Ben, are you working on this? If not, who can?

I posted a message on another thread about this - make sure that the top left pixel of the image is transparent and it should work.

Rob, I could not find the other thread. I tried what you suggested but still have the same problem. I attached the picture. Can you have a look at it?

That didn't seem to have a transparent colour here, so I've resaved it in IrfanView - try this one.

Rob, you are right; my mistake. But also with your file (and my other real tansparant files) the transparancy is not shown. I the previous version of NR is was showing all right.
F.y.i. I use the image in the second state of a frame. Perhaps this makes the difference.

Try this one - I edited it in Photoshop

Rob, this one works fine! What's the difference? Can't I use Irfanview anymore? I don't own Photoshop.

Main difference is that this one has a transparent pixel at top left.

You may be able to continue using IrfanView, or Paint Shop Pro or whatever you're happiest with.

Any ideas why these images were transparant in previous versions and now not any more? Has the mechanism in NR changed?
I clicked the top left pixel when 'telling' Irfanview which color I liked to appear transparant. Should not this be sufficient?

Only if the top left pixel is the same colour as the rest of the 'transparent' part.

It does look as though something has changed in this latest version though.

This was a bug, and is fixed. I'll upload the latest shortly.
