Dial Charts in Loop Frame Broke in 2.0.0.80

I have a dial chart that points to where the wind is coming from. To see how the wind direction is changing, I have 40 more dial charts in a loop frame. Actually, there are 4 sets of 10 loop frames where the dial chart line is of different lengths in each set. So that they display properly on top of the same compass, the child loop X Spacing is set at -120.

The attached CCF illustrates this. Hit the "Press Me" button and the black needle will move to about ENE. In NR v2.0.0.76 you will see 40 green lines pointing at various directions from NE to SSE or so as intended. With 2.0.0.80, you'll see a single green line pointing N which tells me it broke. Can this please be fixed?

I have an issue that may be related.
I have progress bars on a loop frame that use the LoopIndex to reference the percentage data.
This is broken in .80, i havnt had much of a chance to see whats wrong yet, other than to establish the percentage data is still there as a NR var, its just not being displayed.
