The plugin uses MS speech api 5.1 nothing more, nothing less.

Possibly but that requires changes to the plugin that I have no plans in making, if you want to do that yourselfs let me know I can upload the source code.

I work in w2k. It should have speech engine installed by default. Say plug doesn't see it.

Moreover, I can't get working say plugin with any Speech Engine I tried except MS Speech API I've downloaded from Girder site.

Does this plug use some special API, and I can't tune it up on russian speaking Speech Engine ?
