I'm considering buying a RedRat2 but am a bit concerned about the problem you reported. Were you able to get this resolved? If so, what was the cause. Lastly, how happy have you been with fucntionality, repeatability, and reliability?

Recently my RedRat2 started behaving eratically and is not working well. Is anyone else experiencing any problems capturing or sending IR with their redrat? I'm not sure if its the plugin or the hardware.

To be perfectly honest, I haven't had a chance to really test things recently, as the computer I have it on is in another town. I've been swamped with some projects the past few weeks, but they are drawing to a close. I hope to be working on it again in a week or two. I don't have the latest version of Girder, but with previous versions I didn't have any problems, it worked very well. I'm not sure when I started having problems, so I don't know if it was a problem with Girder, or the hardware itself. I'll let you know as soon as I can. Hopefully this weekend I can work on it a little bit.
