Ah this is one that I have to add to the FAQ.
Commandline options go in the "Step size" box. Its called this because of historical reasons. ( people do crazy stuff because of historical reasons this is another example of that )
omg,.. the old server is way ahead in time.. now posts are starting to go wrong. (DNS problems)

I've tried running a program with commandline parameters (in this case the full command line is "C:\Program Files\J River\Media Jukebox\mjextman.exe" /Play "C:\Documents and Settings\Doof\My Documents\My Music\Playlists\Favorites.m3u") and even though this works perfectly from the Run box, I can't Girder to do the same. When I try I get an error message that says that Windows can't find the program specified. I've even copied and pasted from the Run box with no luck. I've tried "" around various parts of the command line... still no luck. Any ideas?

execute the program in the file box and then pass in the arguments in the stepsize box. For instance:
File = C:\Program Files\J River\Media Jukebox\mjextman.exe
Stepsize = /Play
Good luck
