Device Manager and Insteon

All of my toggle linc modules show up in the dm as switches and not dimmers. In the insteon plugin setup they show as togglelinc dimmers. So when I use the new Flat Style ccf in netremote the only device with a level slider is the keypad linc. All the togglelincs show as on/off only. Any ideas?

The latest build of G5 (506) which is now available has a device retyping feature that should sort this out.

File|Settings|Device Manager - then select the Type tab and you ought to be able to retype your relevant ToggleLinc devices as being dimmers.

Hey Rob, I downloaded 506 and can only select type from the pulldown - it will not accept keyboard input. There is only two types in the pulldown which are "switch and appliance/switch"

Thanks Mike -- build 507 now sees my togglelinc dimmers as dimmers and not just switches. However I can no longer enable custom weather in the component manager.

Custom weather is disable until we put a replacement for the geographical location in place. It was broken.

My Icon relay switches are showing as appliance switches (rather than light\switches). The Type tab won't allow them to be changed "type cannot be changed".
