Joining the Team

Hi Guys,
we are happy to join here to test all the new exciting things we will see in the future with Girder and NR.

Our Configuration so far:
* Girder5 runs on a Mac-Mini (empty machine just running Girder so we can play around with it without any danger).

* Several Insteon Switches and Dimmers
* Several X10 Switches.

So far runs pretty smooth. Impressed with the automatic building of the light pages in NR.

Just some issues we found in the mean time:

* Girder crashes from time to time when exciting.
* We changed the names and locations of the Insteon Devices in the plugin as well as in the Device manager. This shows perfect in NR.
But after restarting Girder it seems Girder or the Insteon plugin "forgot" those changes and shows the original names (like Insteon + Device ID).

Are those known issues or happens this only with us?

We've seen the hang on exit and are working on that. The other issue I am not sure about. Mike is handling the Insteon work. He'll jump in...

Hi Chris/Michael.

If G did crash on exit, it is possible the name changes did not get saved. Unless of course this happens everytime - then we have a problem. I heavily use Insteon at home (40 or devices) and have not seen this problem. Please confirm if it happens consistently.
