I can't seem to receive commands from my IRman?

I'm using 3.2b (but I couldn't get other versions to work either).

The only plugin I am enableing is UIR/IRman... (version 1.1).
Then under settings I selected Evation IRman.

When I try to enable the device it says under Status:
Pligin is loaded in memory but hardware initialisation failed.

I would think it was a hardware problem, but the IrServer software from evation seems to work fine?

Grider seems to be a pretty cool program, I'd love to get it workin'... any ideas?

Finally got it working...
Note: the trouble was the com port selection is actually labled "IRSpeed"?

I probably would have accidentally figured it out, but I think I had evation's IR receiver running when I was playing with that setting.
