Zoom Player v2.60 will support GML export

Ok, rather than manually typing in each and every supported function, I just wrote the code to create a Girder 3.1 compatible XML file for all the active Zoom Player key list.

Expect it in v2.60 final (and the next open beta).

In the meanwhile, here's an export I've created:

It uses the main ZP window and communicates fully with messages.
You may still need to look up the "plasticblue.skn" skin sample to get a listing of what all the commands actually do.
