MCE Remote V1 & Girder

I am trying to do a couple basic things in Girder with my MCE remote.

1. Ability to use buttons windows intercepts (power, arrow keys, ect)
2. Mouse movement using remote

Chris, you can Map the arrow buttons on the remote to mouse functions (open the Girder help file using F1 - see the section on remote mapping).
