I added a new plugin, checked the checkbox and pressed 'ok'.
After a G5 restart, the plugin was not enabled.
I had to do 'apply' followed by 'ok'...
could it have something to do with this ?

Plugin loading/unloading on settings dialog behavior change. Now it will load/unload plugin only when you press apply.
