Hi,
i’m a newbie.
I’m using the actual trial download of Netremote 2.0.0.86.
Everything is working fine with WinAmp (except AlbumCover) or Windows Media Player 9.

1. With my preferred player foobar 2000 (newest version 0.9.4.2.0) and latest foobar plugin from this forum i’m getting an error message, that foobar plugin could not initilized.
Are these software and plugin versions known to run? Or which version I have to try?

2. Alternatively i could use J-River Media Center. I installed newest trial version 12, and after that Netremote 2.0.0.86. Mediabridge did not recognize JRMC 12 automatically and gives some error messages (this has been reported by others in this forum). After that, it is possible to select JRMC in the Media Bridge Menu and Netremote works except the library shows no content (on desktop or PPC).
Is this a problem of trial version or do I forget something? As discussed here
http://www.promixis.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15270&highlight=Media+Center
it should work.

Thanks for some help

Hi Julius,

I'm just updated to foobar v0.9.4.2, NR 2.0.0.87 and the latest foobar2000 plugin. Its all working flawlessly here.

Follow the instructions on installing the plugin carefully, its not rocket science but it is a bit of a trick.

If you have any questions plz ask.

Good Luck

With the last posted http://www.promixis.com/forums/showpost.php?p=106695&postcount=125, it didnt work.

Which plugin version do you use?

Uh-Oh,

That plugin your were trying (and failing with) is for Girder, now you've got the NR plugin all should be well.

Julius do you use Girder?

Actually , i've no idea what girder is, but when i have time I will have a look at it. First I will test netremote.

Thanks for your help
