does the remote show up in windows 'device manager' as a HID device?

if so, you should try the HID plugin.

no, only my Microsoft Internet Pro Keyboard Apeaars as a HID device. this remote never did show As HID. infact its not even in the sound and games Section.only the driver MSI 8624.what is the HID plgin and how can it work VIA the tuner itself?
