First of all I'm in Canada and I'm trying to figure out which RF remote would be best for use with girder and I've come down to these two. I know the Firefly can be used with the Generic X10 Remote plug-in, but can the RW Plus be used with it as well? Price wise I can get the RW Plus locally for $25 CDN and the Firefly, well it looks like I would have to pay $70+ USD to get it.
I've seen lots of comments about the Firefly on these forums, but not much on the RW Plus. Any opinions, comments or otherwise on these two in regards to use with Girder?
Thanks

Hi
Im new to Girder but I find Firefly one of the best and fastest remotes on the marked to day. Its not only easy to use with Girder, fast but it also looks good and dont have that "cheap" fealing of all-in-one remote control that most of that kind of controls have. It feels nice to hold in in hand and even its alitl bit more expensive, after buying a 32" LCD and hifi system and so on a small extra on remote just adds a nice looking remote to otherwise complete system.

So I ended up going with the Remote Wonder Plus because of the large price difference - works great! The Generic X10 Remote Plug-in works fine with the 3.04 ATI drivers and Windows 2003 Server. However the ATI drivers were sort of a pain to get working. Had to Google around before I found the solution to the installation error.
