Totally Lost

I am totally lost. Here is my setup... I have Girder 4, Beyond TV 4.6, an STB w/original remote, a MCE 2005 remote w/ir blasters. I have the MceIr from the plugin page. I need to be able to select a channel from the Electronic Program Guide within Beyond TV and have the MCE ir blaster change the channel on the STB. Can anyone help me sort it out.

From what I can figure the new driver that is packaged with the MceIr plugin allows the MCE ir Receiver to learn the original remote and create an output file. How? As soon as I run the supplied apllication and press a single button it says recording sucessful. My head is spinning and my hair is thining.. Please help

Mike,

Start with teaching the IR signals of your remote to Girder using the MCE plugin. Add an MCE action to the tree and learn the signal. Press the Test button to send and confirm it.
