Create a 'window exists' command with the target pointing to the winamp window.
Create a command to open winamp ('execute')
Create a command to close winamp ('close')
Select the 'close' command as the first link in the 'window exists' command and 'execute' as the second link.
Basically: If winamp window>close winamp.
If not winamp window>open winamp.
