X10 DM G5 bug alert!!

I have found what seems to be a bug in the X10 Device Manager screen. I have entered 15 X10 devices and everything seemed ok until I went to edit one of them. I can edit 14 out of the 15 devices with no problem but when I try to select the "Main Floor Hallway" selection it just goes back to the first device entered. I have included a snap shot of the item trying to be selected.

Let me know if there is anything else I can tell you (files, logs, ect). I tested editing each one of the items. This is the only one that would not be selected. I even tried the up/down arrows that rotate through the list. When it gets to "Main Floor Hallway" selection it just goes back to "Basement FamilyRoom" which is the first selection I entered.

Hi John,

Please open the lua console window (F7).

When editing the devices, paste any output here.

Note: For next G5 release, this dialog will move to the component manager.

A reboot seemed to take care of the problem... I can now select that device and it can be edited. Will keep you posted if it happens again.

I see there is no X10 Pro PLM21 2-Way Lamp Module listed. Could we get that added to the device list?


Also is there a way to view the status of all the devices from the Variable Display?

Added the PLM21 to the list. And the LM14A. Any others?

If you notice the behavior again (X10 page) open the lua console window and cut and paste and output here.

On the Device Manager pages, you have a list of all devices and can see their status there.

Also, you can point your web browser to G and see all devices there.
