Nope the plugin that you linked too doesn't work with 3.2
update: the first link _was_ incorrect or unavailable (?), and the mirror link hasn't been updated yet. If you go to igors page you can find the correct plugin though. I'm updating the girder download page in a few minutes with the correct plugin.

Another note, shf-56 plugin made my computer hang in combination with the SlinkE plugin (maybe other) I'm not sure what was causing this though, just good to keep in mind. (probably the high priority)

Looks like Igor has release the latest updated version of his plugin for Gider 3.* v1.01 is available here: removed or removed. It should also be available on Girder's download page soon as well.
Edit: Incorrect addresses removed.
Update: It is now available here on the Girder "Download 3.2" page.

It could be a plugin besides igorplug.dll. Try removing all the other plugins and then replace them one by one until you find the one that is causing the problem. You can find which plugins will work with Girder 3.2 by looking at the "Download 3.2" page here. Also remember that Girder 3.2 only uses one directory for all the plugins (they are no longer split into hardware and software).

hmm, thats funny. I'm using it right now with Girder 3.2 B6. Maybe Igor switched the files back or something. Well, here is the exact file that I'm using: Removed
Edit: Removed my link. Plugin is now available from the Girder "Download 3.2" page.

I had a small correspondence with Igor concerning this new version of the plugin, and I think many people might find this information to be useful.
I wrote:
I wanted to ask, though, why is it that the v0.99 had MUCH reduced CPU usage for my computer (AMD Thunderbird 1GHz\ASUS A7V133\Windows98SE, and yet both v1.00 and v1.01 have the same 20% cpu usage that the old versions used to have? Did you remove the CPU optimization for some reason?
His reply was:
For small CPU usage (in plugin settings): switch off "Ring0
Priority" and set "Priority"<=7.
Best Regards
Igor
P.S.: After new install of Girder is "Ring0" switched on ;-) (best
receiving sensitivity).
