Can the keyboard action send Fn (F Lock) keys - correction

Oooopppss - I meant F Lock not function, couldn't correct the post title

I have a lot of Fn keys on my laptop to change brightness, sound, etc.

I noticed the keyboard action can do
@: Alt Key.
^: Shift Key.
*: Control Key.
$: Windows Key

but I would love to control fn keys also. Is this possible
