Is the X10 UI interface broke? When I select a Appliance module I see double labels in the dim/steps field area. When I change to a dimmable module it fixes it.

Appliances do not have dim/steps at all here (only on/off commands as expected).
Maybe give more details...
What's the exact device type name ?
Also, your Girder version ?

After more testing, I think my recent upgrade to a new computer with WinXP and G4.0.15 is where I lost my old X10 device manager list!! Any command that was created with the old "X10 Device Command" is lost since there seems to be a new Device List! Not too big, so I will just re-enter them... Is there a file I could copy to get them from my old computer?

Also,

In G5 Try to set a device manager direct level on a X10 Switch and I get this...

it is sending standard dims... is this a device that has extended dim?

It is a standard dimmable device, NO extended dims.

If the device is setup as such in the X10 Component Manager then why is it sending all the level commands? Why not just "dim" 4-5 times?

Seems like you would want the "steps" for a standard dimmer device. (Like the old X10 HC/UC command)

[/code]
Type on your old computer's Lua console box: print(gir.GetConfigDirectory())
Then copy your X10.cfg file from that path to the G5 config directory.

I have the same behaviour with Device Manager Level commands and standard dim devices.
That seems to be an Ocelot plugin issue actually (it works with a CM11).
I'll see if there's a fix.

The 'Level' events jut shows the light level that's generally used for the interfaces.
The TW523 is really bad for that (it outputs something like every third code received).
If you do not want to see these events, you can retype the device in the Device Manager (not the X10 Device Manager).
