Your welcome,
maybe i should put a big warning sign on the welcome page: "Girder is not easy, please approach with caution"

Yup, just right click in Girder's TreeView pane and select "Add MultiGroup" from the menu (or by using the <Ctrl>M keyboard shortcut). Next you'll need to add individual commands to the MultGroup by selecting the MultiGroup, right clicking and selecting "Add Command" from the menu (or by using the <Ctrl>A keyboard shortcut).
Add as many commands as you need, assign a Girder action to each command and PRESTO, instant macro!

hi there!
i have a question: can i make MACROS with girder? it means i want several actions performed by just one keypress. example: i press a button on my remote and then a program is executed, then a panel within this program is accessed, then a setting in this panel is changed, then the panel and the program are closed again.
can i do this with girder? if yes, then how?! if no, are you intending to implement this feature in a future version?
thanks,
mandark

thanks people!
i'm starting to get how it works. girder is not the easiest program, but when you understand it, you can make really funny things with it. thanks for a great program!!
