Having trouble getting the W800RF32 working

Can someone please instruct me on how to get this thing working? I went to the component manager and enabled the W800RF, then under RF Devices: Receivers on the W800 tab I cannot enter any port into the drop-down. Also, in settings on the serial tab the device is not mentioned anywhere.

By the way, I'm using Vista Ultimate 64 Bit Edition (I hope this isn't a problem!)
