1. I can add an On APM event.

2. The monitor plugin hasn't changed. I'm using plain win32 api so if it doesn't work complain to bill. ;-) Are you by any chance using the keyboard to trigger this action ? (or F5 )

1) I haven't find an option "disable plugin on APM event" in 3.2 version.
In is not convenient for me as I linked some actions to "Suspend-to-ram" event (through "On enable device" option in cooperation with "Disable plugin on APM event" feature). I don't know how can I do the same action now. Do you plan to implement events like "On APM event" in new Girder?
2) "Monitor" plugin does not work correctly on my WinXP yet. (Monitor turns off ond on again immediately (antirepeat does not solve this problem). "Turn off" item does not work at all.
