How's that for a start? we just need to throw in a simple timer and we're good to go. Anyone else have any ideas to improve on this?

Who's with me? It won't work unless we have a lot of people to help. Better yet, someone build an anti spam plugin that updates itself with addresses that we post in a sticky thread on the forum with targets that have spammed in the wrong neighborhood. :D
