Command Cube plugin (Can send be added)

First the plugin has been working a treat.
But now I've sorted out my remote issue is there any chance of adding the send command to control the VFD display.
The VFD uses the same port and configurations as the remote.
Attatched is the sdk file from Aopen.
In Girder 3.3 it worked using Beatbox's ini file.

Forget the request I asked about adding send command.
It is actually working and quite well.
It was actually my stupidity in thinking the send had to be setup in the plugin.
(I feel like a knob head.)
