In the Program Files\Promixis\NetRemote Mediabridge directory you should find files called cache.ldb and cache.mdb.

Try deleting those two files, then restart Mediabridge.

Okay, that's ruled that out then.

When you installed MediaBridge which media player did you configure it to use?

Winamp! :)

Can you check for a file in Program Files\Promixis\NetRemote Mediabridges called WinAmpPlugin.dll which should be 24,576 bytes and dated 8th of July 2007.

Also, what version of WinAmp are you running?

Yes, this file exists! I use Winamp v.5.33! :) Thanks for help!

In that case you should find that you have 32 objects in the Mediabridge folder (2 of which are directories). If not then can you give me a list of the files that are present.

Oh, and what OS are you running on?

I running at Windows XP!

I only had 26 objects and no folders! :/
I attached a picture!

Don't worry about the extra files - I'm using a slightly experimental version here.

That looks like Vista - or are you using something like WindowBlinds?

I'd probably suggest uninstalling and reinstalling Mediabridge - but this time set it to talk to WMP (Windows Media Player) just to make sure that everything works. Then we can try it with WinAmp.

The next step is to use something like Process Monitor (http://http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/ProcessesAndThreads/processmonitor.mspx) to work out what file it's trying to load

That's one for Tim to answer I'm afraid (or anyone else who uses WinAmp).

I believe there are some other WinAmp users out there -- anyone? I can definitely add that to the open issues list if no one has a suggestion on how to get it working.

Cheers,
Tim
