How to hide Girder 3.1 on startup???

Check the option "Hide on startup" :-)

As for getting those plugins to work in 3.2, just download the right versions. easy.

I know that 3.2 has the option, but I have finally got 3.1 all setup and prefer not to have to switch things yet. If it can't be done in 3.1 and I have to switch to 3.2, then the next question is how do I get the Igor, LCDriver, and DVDSpy plugins to show up in 3.2?
Hopefully someone can help me with version 3.1 to avoid making things complicated.

Sorry for making this sound like a dumb question, but under "User Interface" the "hide on startup" option is greyed out and not available.
