check if all plugins you need are available for 3.2
install to a different directory (the plugin interface (and location) changed)
get the 3.1->3.2 converter and run it.
run 3.2, make shure it loads the modified .gml, activate the needed plugins
and have fun (that's what I did and it realy works great.)
