Countdown within a button?

For the car I have a button that I push to send the computer to standby. It jumps to a CCF page with a big button that says "Five seconds to standby, press to abort". Is it possible to have that button counting down 5-4-3-2-1 instead, without something in a Lua file? If I have to overlay a frame, that's not a problem either.

Nothing against using lua within the CCF, it's just that I keep using stuff from different CCFs everywhere, and I don't want to have to keep track of different Lua files for different computers. When you go above 15 installations, that can be a pain...
