View Full Version : Purchased NR2 "Licensing information will be sent to you shortly"

I purchased Girder, NR designer and NR 2 yesterday. I received the license for Girder and NR designer but the email for NR2 contained no license number (see email copied below) just "Licensing information will be sent to you shortly"; I've not received anything yet.

My trial has expired and I'm desperate to get back up and running with NR2 - please can you advise when I can expect to receive the license number.

Thanks Ron.

I just wanted to close this thread 'in public' given that I started it and make sure that credit is given where credit is due. Ron sent me the license details and all is working perfectly.

I'm very pleased with the netremote/girder suite of software. I chose the software not just because it does what I want it too [very well], but (from reading posts/responses) I can see that the support on this site is first rate. Thanks :)
