IR passthrough with G5

I tested out my IR passthrough setup with the trial version of NR2 and G4 and all worked well. I purchased licenses to NR2 and unitentionally G5 (rather than G4) but figured that G5 would work just as well. But I can't get the IR passthrough to work with G5. I checked component manager and the NR connection is working fine....just no passthrough.

Any ideas ?

Can you try this version of NetRemote.lua - it goes in the luascript folder

Replace the file then restart Girder. If it doesn't work then check the logger.

wow. thanks for the prompt reply Rob. You were spot on. Replacing the NR lua got the passthrough working immediatly. thanks very much.

Great, I'll make sure that makes it into the next full build.

I wasn't sure it was fixed since the problem doesn't occur on a fast dual-core machine.

Fantastico! It works! :D :D I haven't had that working for months now! It doesn't really explain why old fashioned NRIRServer pass-through didn't work, but it doesn't really bother me. I have what I need! ;)
