Hi
One quick question. Does Girder work with remotes that uses Radio Frequency instead of IR?

Yes. The generic X10 remotes, like ATI Remote Wonder and Firefly, work very well with Girder. I have three Remote Wonder in use in my house.

Ah, great. I've been looking at a remote from Logitech, called Ultra-X Media Remote which uses a USB adapter (looks like a USB memory stick) for the RF, should work i guess.
Oh btw, does Microsofts MCE Remote work with Girder as well?

I'm not sure that one works - I seem to remember that there were some issues with it, although possibly that was when using two of them.

I don't know about that Logitech either. If it doesn't follow the Generic X-10 arcitechture, it probably won't work. As for MCE Remote, I belive there's a special plug-in for that.
