2 Errors on Girder Startup...

The slinkE error will disapear if you upgrade to beta 16 (which is the current one :-) ). About the MFC42D.dll error I have no idea, but it could go away as well!

I am very new to girder and not sure why I am getting these errors. Everytime I start Girder I get an error message, then click ok, and another error message. Here is a picture of the messages: http://www.geocities.com/cardguy1000/girdererrors.gif
(the program still works, but its just really annoying)

Right now I'm just using the keyboard to control girder, but soon I will be buying an IRman to use with my pronto, so I can control my HTPC.

Does anyone know of a solution to stop these error messages? I'm running girder 3.2.0 beta 8, on windows 2000 pro.
