Why do all references of a element name display in the font selected to display on a panel? With the font I am using this creates readability issues for me. See example below.
This also displays the same in the Name text field in the lower left panel of NRD.
Why cant a standard font be used for display in the panels and status bars, just like what is done in the treeview?

That is a good question,.. I do not know why, but I am sure we can change it.

Yeah this is a great idea... have a standard font for display panels as maybe even for frame and button names within Designer if possible.

Any word on this? I keep having to change the font back and forth to verify what is really there and to check spelling.

I hope this get fixed as I have been bringing this up for quite a long time myself. It makes using custom fonts difficult.

One problem here is that not using the font selected means that if you use a symbol font e.g. Pronto.ttf then you won't see the symbols you've typed.
Perhaps a checkbox next to the field would cover both cases.

I understand the need to be able to see the text in the selected font, in some cases.
I second the request for a check box.
