Girder installer and help file generator

The installer that I am using is Inno Setup,

The helpfile was written with a simple RTF editor ( for example word ) To convert that to a help file I used the M$ Help workshop.

OK, this isn't exactly a Girder question - but what do you use for building your Girder installer, and what do you use for building your context sensitive windows help file?

Is the installer NSIS (http://www.nullsoft.com/free/nsis/ ) ?

Do you use some tool for your help system?
