I think sendmessage might help. If the controls are standard windows sliders it can be done. Anyone around that knows these values by heart ?

That might indicate that they are not using normal window messages. :(
Isn't DFX an addon to Winamp, maybe its possible to contact the author...

Have you ever tried the DFX plugin ? I wrote that thing years ago. It might still work. ( It came with Girder 3.0 )
I've uploaded it could you test it in Girder 3.1/3.0 ?

If it still works I can upgrade it.

I just can't get DFX controlled! I need it for adjusting bass via the remote. Has anybody got a good idea?

They are sliders, yes, but the weird thing is that the window does not react to keyboard commands, only mouse clicking and dragging! But I hope they are standard... At least they are very configurable, because one of the skins for DFX is called Hotrod, and it looks like speedometers and such, and you pull the needles!

Yes, perhaps. But I'm on a trial version, and don't even know if I want to buy it, so I'm not sure they'll care all that much.

Hallelujah, oh, great and powerful guru, it works! :D
Tried it under 3.1, and I had no problems at all! So pretty please, upgrade it! :P
