What Girder version are you using ?

CTinfra is part of the UIR/IRMAN/IRA/CTInfra/Hollywood+ plugin

Check the checkbox infront of it, press apply. Press the settings button, select the correct comport and select the Hollywood+ from the 2nd dropdown.

Open the settings dialog
go to the plugin tab
Select the UIR/IRMAN/IRA/CTINFRA/HOLLYWOOD+ plugin from the list
On that line there is a little box, click it, now a checkmark appears.
Click on apply.
click on settings
A new window pops up.
In this new window, select 'HOLLYWOOD+' from the dropdown list
In the first dropdown list select the comport
Press Apply.
close this dialog
Close the settings dialog.
Press F9


Can't go easier then this.

Does the little light at the bottom of girder flash if you press a button on the remote ?

Change the comport setting of the plugin.

Is the plugin name red or green on the plugin tab on the settings window ?

Have you uninstalled the original drivers that came with the hardware ?

Quelle logiciel veux tu controler ?
tu as regardé si il y avait un "exported group" pour ton soft ?
sinon les methodes peuvent etre tres diverse !!

sorry for the rest of you out there but i'm gonna use my french to help this guy out.

alors tu vas dans "keyboard", tu coches la case "Control" et tu tapes petit F dans l'edit "sentence"

sinon pour le numeric pad tu vas dans le combo Special Key et t'as tu les trucs qu'il te faut:
NUMPAD1-10 et le reste des touches speciales.

fô pas oublier de choisir la fenetre de destination (Target)

Hi everybody,

I have recently buy a remote control (hollywood+ real magic) and i don't arrive to setup this one. I have already try IR assistant whith rmagic driver and it doesn't run so I try to use Girder with ctinfra driver and it's looks better than IRAssistant but I don't arrive to learn anything at my remote. Yet, I have following precily the help in french. Is there anyone who could help me please because there is no french forum ;o(

It is strange because I have just receive my remote with battery yesterday.

i have another question about Girder.

Actually I 'd try to learn Ctrl+F to my remote but I don't know how to do to put the letter "F". And also I want to use the numeric pad where is at the right of the keyboard.

Can you help me step by step like the last help.

j'ai déjà essayé mais ça ne marche pas et c'est pourquoi j'ai fait une capture. Il y a pas d'autres méthodes........

Salut,
j'ai également 1 télécommande H+ Magic, qui fonctionne bien avec Girder (v 3.2.6b dans mon cas). En allant dans les options et choisissant le module Holywood + ça rulezzzz.
Par contre j'ai un problème : quand j'appuis sur un bouton de ma télécommande l'action se répète plusieurs fois, par ex dans winamp quand je fais next winamp passe 5 titres plus loins, j'ai beau eu régler la vitesse IR dans les options du plug ou le délai avant répétion rien n'y fait, qq1 à une idée ?

Oui, règle l'Aintirepeat wait time (c'est en milli-secondes). Ca se trouve en dessous du bouton Learn Event dans la fenêtre principale de Girder.
Ca laisse une pause de X millisecondes entre chaque signal IR reçu par l'ordinateur, ça évite ce que tu décrits, comme par exemple de sauter plusieurs chansons d'un coup dans WinAMP.

Bof pô trop, en fait j'ai bo régler ce délai (je suis allé jusqu'à 3600ms), quand j'appuis sur next ou forward je passe tjrs 3 titres plus loin (peut-être plus lentement cependant ... mais le pb est le même).

bon ayé j'ai résolu mon problème, il semblerait que la cible soit importante aussi, dans la fenêtre cible l'exécutable et le nom de classe étaient tous les deux cochés en décochant l'exécutable ça a résolu mon pb.
