Girder splash screen

I was hoping to leave it in, but if enough people really can't stand it I might change my mind.

Okay Girder 3.2.2 has the splash screen configurable. And to the one guy that voted for the first option, I know who you are :-)

It is not that I can't stand it, but all the splash screens from all the program tend to become annoying after a while,
besides a little checkbox can't hurt,can it? :-)

I like the splash screen. But it wouldn't hurt to make an option to turn it off, for those people that don't like it.
