I was thinking today how nice it would be to have a Netremote client written to run under Linux. It would let people use a Nokia 770/800 or other cheap Linux touch tablet quite simply. I have seen discussion of Girder running under Linux and I would agree that the driver issues would be hard but I think that just the NR client might not have those issues if it did nothing local like IR. If it could run a CCF created in a Win32 NRD that would minimize the port.
Just an idea...
(yes I know you can run rdp on it and use a remote XP system but thats if you have one to rdp to in the first place)
