The error msg is caused by an 'old' plugin. Girder 3.2 only works with plugins designed for 3.2.

I may be wrong, but I don't think you need the irserver.dll in the Girder plugins directory. I have an IRMan, and I don't have that. The plugin for IRMan comes with Girder.
Try moving the file to some temporary location, and start Girder. If all works, you should be able to get rid of it.
The errors probably come from Girder not expecting it to be there.

I just installed IRman (version 1.4.1.1.), Girder (version 3.2.0.1) and irserver.dll (version 1.0.0.1). When I launch Girder I immediately get an error message saying:
"Cannot find all required exports in dll:C/ProgramFiles/girder32?plugins/irserver.dll"
After clicking on "OK" Girder loads and runs and all seems to work OK. What can I do to avoid getting the error message?
(I am running Windows XP Pro)

You are right. The dll is not required. Removing it cured the problem. Thanks.
