Plugin updates

I've JUST finished updating the following plugins and sent the executables and sources to Ron. They will show up on the site as he gets time.

Serial - Tracking the main window handle
UserEvent - Tracking the main window handle
PopUp - Tracking the main window handle, Thread exit bug
Logger - Thread exit bug
ImBusy - Tracking the main window handle

This one belongs to someone else but they provided the source so ...

ParaLCD - No new function, updated to 3.2 API
