Howdy,
I'm having trouble setting up Girder (I've tried both 4 & 5 trial versions) with my Firefly Mini remote. Numbers, arrows and some playback control buttons are recognized by Girder. But buttons like Play, Stop, etc. aren't picked up and thus can't be learned. I've read tips saying to create a new remote (not the Firefly from the Add New Remote list), and that sort of works.

I've done the remapping thing to no avail. I've searched and read many forums with no solution in sight. This seems like really powerful software, but I'm having a hard time getting over the curve.

The remote works fine in Beyond TV and even Windows Media Player (without Girder), but not in Girder. Any idea why?

Or, if there's another way around, I'm ACTUALLY using a Harmony 880 remote, which of course duplicates the Firefly Mini.

I don't have any experience with that remote. Does it use the firefly plugin? Can you enable the keyboard plugin and see if that one picks up the other button presses coming from the FFmini?
