Girder not detecting TV remote signal..

I tried couple of different remotes from my set-top box and from tv, but in remote add wizard, its not detecting any signal from any of those.. I enabled all plugins under settings and still no result... Do i need to download another plugin in order to make these IR remotes work with Girder 5????

You'll have to tell us what hardware you are using to detect the signals.

I have a HP dv6700 notebook that comes with a remote control and a remote control sensonr on the notebook itself... thats all I know..

You'll probably find that only the remote that came with the notebook will work.
