Hi Folks,
Went ahead with the PhidgetLED-64 purchase, and now need to start with Girder 5, Lua et all.
Have searched the forums for Phidgets, and have read various threads with script examples etc. Being new to Girder 5 (big user of 3.29), I'm not used to the concept of LUA and scripts.
Could anyone take me through the first few steps.
1) I'm guessing I need the Phidget manager 21 (loaded v2.1.3 and tested LED function).
2) From here, I'm not sure - do I need to download anything else from the Phidgets site?
3) Do I program in LUA, but first establish a girder relationship with the device using LUACOM? if so, how is this done?
As I said, I have read many threads, but none provide a guide to the first few steps for a beginner.
If anyone has a sample GML they could email - that would be fantastic!
