Offline codes for power up

Hello !

I'm currently working on a UIRT2
Intend to use it to power up my PC, with one of the four outputs.

Just wonder if i need ICSP to program "Offline" codes into the pic..
I have already programmed the pic with firmware 1.7 with my regular programmer... thougt that i could skip ICSP.... maybe that's not the case ?

You don't have to program the codes through ICSP.
You have to learn the codes through the plugin in girder. The plugin writes those codes in the PIC's data eeprom.
